Secure Checkout

Enjoy browsing the pages of the Thorne Brook Designs website. You can shop with confidence using our secure shopping cart and your VISA or Master Card. When you make your jewelry purchase at ThorneBrookDesigns.com, we send you to the Authorize.net secure website to collect and authorize your credit card information. We do not collect or store your credit card information at ThorneBrookDesigns.com.

We accept Mastercard and Visa only. When you make your credit card purchase, Authorize.net will handle the credit card authorization. Your credit card will not be charged until the day the jewelry is shipped.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling is $5 per order for US orders, and $10 per order for international orders.

All jewelry is shipped first class via the US Postal Service within 2 to 10 days of your order (often much sooner). If you need your order sooner, please contact us. Extra charges will apply for rush shipping.

Guarantee

Our jewelry is finely crafted and built to last for many years. We guarantee our jewelry against breakage due to normal wear and tear for three years. If you experience a need for a repair, you may mail your jewelry to P.O. Box 307, Wardsboro, VT 05355. The customer is responsible for return postage. Thorne Brook Designs will repair and return the jewelry at no cost to the customer.

Repairs

 If you have had your jewelry for more than three years and would like it reconditioned or resized, or if you catch your bracelet on a bank vault, like one of our customers did, we will repair your jewelry (sorry, we can’t vault-proof our jewelry). Please contact us for a free estimate of time and materials to repair or recondition your piece. Customers are responsible for return postage for jewelry returned for repair or reconditioning. Thorne Brook Designs will provide an estimate for time, materials, and return postage for any repair.  

Privacy

Thorne Brook Designs will not share your information with any other party. We would like to send you email newsletters or postcards that share our show schedule, new products, etc. If you would like to opt out of any Thorne Brook Designs email or mailing lists, please contact us.
